Every end of the year, it is part of the company’s policy that each department shall present its accomplishments to top management and post it to the company’s internal website. This is the most important presentation because this is being used to evaluate our performances. I am fortunate that I belong to an output-oriented department. Our documentation is updated. Also, since we are part of the operations, we make our own daily standards like verifying all the keyed-in data in the system. Our team leader always ensures that these set standards are met. And because of these reasons, it has been easier for us to compile all the needed data. We believe that we have accomplished our goal for the year. What we need to focus now is how we are going to present it in a way that the top management will be impressed. We wanted it to be eye-catching from the very start of the presentation. Good thing we discovered the free flash templates and free web design. We all got amazed of how it works. We never thought that it would not be that complicated. After we have finalized the design we immediately chose the free web design and template that will be suitable. The good part of the flash website is that we were able to use several applications. And with the free web design as well, we are confident that colleagues will be impressed. We believe that our team has worked hard for the whole year in order to meet the company’s goal. Hence, we are looking forward to hear commendations from the top management.
